don’t think he would be as successful or popular because the majority of his fan base, kids, don’t like heels because they don’t realize the guys are acting. I think that he would be a contender for the United States championship and possibly the WWE championship. I think he would be in the upper mid card level but not a main eventer, like Jeff Hardy is now.

It depends whether the WWE chose to keep Cena face or turned him back to a heel. Also, what feuds he would of been involved with and what championships he would have held.
