FL Studios is a great program for this but unfortuately, my computers sound card isnt compatable ith it. What is a good free program that can mke my voice deeper and make it echo and all those cool things? besides auacity. I dont care too much for that.

As far as free programs go, there are really only two that are capable of rivaling professional level programs: Reaper and Krystal.
Reaper is probably one of the best free DAWs around. Theres not much to say about it other then the fact that it could easily go head to head against FL Studios, Pro Tools and Logic Pro.
