I want a program where i can create beats or like little songs without lyrics. Like rap beats and dance beats. i want to put some background music in my videos. also if it could come with sound effects that would be nice but it doesn’t have to. I has to be virus free!

I would recommend LMMS.
It’s a free (and virus free) open source program. It is a good free alternative to the expensive FL Studio.
You can easily create beats or little songs without lyrics on it.
No free ones i can think of. However FL Studio or Renoise would work well for what you need; it’s commercial and pricy either way.

if you get the mac Osx (i think thats the model) Garageband comes installed on it. but other than that theres a thing called music shake on the internet, and its just a whole bunch of loops u can put together.
There is a free one.
Acid Xpress. It’s the free, lite version of Sony Acid Pro.
It doesn’t have all the functions but still allows the creation of up to ten loop based tracks.
A pack of free loops can be downloaded from the site.
It doesn’t come with sound effects but all the sound effects I’ve used have been in wav format which is compatible with the program.
I haven’t tried it but it should be possible to use them.
Just Google "free sound effects".
To save your work to use elsewhere select "render as" from the file menu and choose type.
